Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bunches of broccoli, washed and cut into florets with a 2-inch stem, reserving the stalks for another use
  • 1 garlic head, separated and peeled
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 apple cider
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon MSG (important)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl combine all the ingredients except broccoli. Pour marinade over broccoli. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
