Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon
- cup minced onion, cup parsley, cup lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups coarse cracker crumbs
- Milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- cup melted butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Drain salmon, reseve liguid. Flake into a bowl and add all ingredients. Add milk to reserved ligquid to make 1 cup. Add ligquid and eggs to salmon mix. Sppoon into greased dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 until set in the center.
