Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder (boneless) - size depends on how many people you are feeding
  • 1-2 1-2 1-2 beers (any kind works)
  • BBQ sauce of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Put the pork shoulder in the crock pot and season as you wish, I use seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic powder and then add 1-2 beers depending on the size of the pork shoulder.Cook for 10-12 hours, then drain off the beer shred the pork and simmer for 30 minutes in BBQ sauce.
