Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bananas, cocoa, salt, sugar and heavy cream in a food processor (or blender). Process until smooth, scraping the sides in between.
Transfer to an airtight bowl and place plastic wrap on the surface of the ice cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until firm but scoopable.
**Adjust the sugar depending on the ripeness of the bananas.**
