- 2 pounds of assorted tomatoes, sliced or halved
- 1 avacado, halved and pitted, peeled and sliced
- EVOO
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
On a large plate or platter, arrange about 2 pounds of assorted tomatoes, sliced or halved if small, and one avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
