Cranberry Apple Crisp

A great crisp with cranberries added to apples to give it some tart.

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 c chopped and peeled apples
- 2 c fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 1/2 c quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c browned sugar
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine apples, cranberries, sugar and flour. Pour into a greased 9 inch pan. In a bowl mix topping ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over the apple mixture. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Great with ice cream on while hot.
