Garlic and Oil Spaghetti - Vegan

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Thin Spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling, salted water as package directs. Drain pasta in colander, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water; set aside. Heat oil in the same pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add pasta water and spaghetti. Toss to coat spaghetti with oil and garlic, then season with salt and black pepper.
