Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup mayo
- 2 Tbls Dijon
- Olive oil
- Pasta:
- 1 pkg Small Shell Pasta
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped Green onions
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped Celery
- 1/3 Cup chopped Multi-colored Bell Peppers (Yellow, Orange and Red)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Fresh Herbs, (combo of Fresh, rosemary, oregano, thyme and basil)
- 1 Sm Can Sliced Olives
- 2 pinches of Cumin Seed
- 2 Sprinkles Cayenne
- 1/4 Cup chopped Pepperincini
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- Kosher Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix Mayo and Dijon, and add 2 T olive oil and remix.
Cook Pasta, drain and add sprinkles of olive oil to lightly coat
Mix all ingredients accept sauce in large bowl
Add sauce and mix well
Chill and Serve
