Ingredients
- 3 POUNDS BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 2 T OIL
- 1 8OZ CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, UNDRAINED
- 1 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C HONEY
- 1/3 C LEMON JUICE
- 1/4 C BUTTER, MELTED
- 2 T PREPARED MUSTARD
- 2 t SOY SAUCE
Preparation
Step 1
IN A SKILLET, BROWN CHICKEN IN OIL. TRANSFER TO 5QUART SLOW COOKER. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS, POUR OVER CHICKEN. COVER AND COOK ON LOW 3-4 HOURS OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE. STRAIN THE PAN JUICES, RESERVING THE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, SERVE THE PINEAPPLE OVER THE CHICKEN.
