Grilled Salmon with Tomato Basil Butter

Ingredients

  • Tomato Basil Butter:
  • 4 salmon steaks, about 3/4" thick
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat BURTON STOVE TOP GRILL. Brush with oil. Cook salmon until fish just flakes, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
Combine ingredients using the steel knife of a food processor, blender or mixer. Shape into a log using plastic wrap and chill. Place a 1" slice on each piece of cooked salmon.
