Ingredients
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED
- 1 CAN MUSHROOMS, STEMS AND PIECES, DRAINED
- 1 t SALT
- 1/4 t PEPPER
- 1 1/3 C SALSA
- 5 CUPS COOKED EGG NOODLES
- 1 CAN (28 OZ) DICED TOMATOES, UNDRAINED
- 1 C WATER
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
Preparation
Step 1
IN LARGE SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION UNTIL MEAT IS DONE.
TRANSFER TO 5 QUART SLOW COOKER. TOP WITH GREEN PEPPER, CORN, MUSHROOMS.
SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. POUR SALSA OVER MUSHROOMS, TOP QITH COOKED NOODLES. POUR TOMATOES AND WATER OVER ALL. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
COOK, COVERED ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS.
