Fish au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen fillet of sole, haddock or flounder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan and cheese
  • 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Brush each fillet with mayonnaise. Mix cheese and crumbs. Roll fish and crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. bake in preheated 375 degree F oven until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork, about 20 mins. for frozen fish, 15 mins. for thawed or fresh fillets.
