Sun-Dried- Tomato Dip with Red Crudites

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lb. mixed cherry tomatoes, radishes and sliced red peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients (cream cheese through black pepper) in bowl of food processor.

Puree until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
