pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
cup sour cream
scallions, coarsely chopped
tsp hot pepper sauce
tsp black pepper
lb. mixed cherry tomatoes, radishes and sliced red peppers
Place all ingredients (cream cheese through black pepper) in bowl of food processor. Puree until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
