Ingredients
- 1 cup (400 g) black olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup (125mL) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1.In a food.processor, puree olives. Add lemon juice and process, just until combined.
2. Drizzle olive oil, while food processor is running, bit by bit as mixture begins to thicken.
3. Spoon into dry, sterile jars with tight-fitting lids. Cover surface with a little additional olive oil.
