Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the carrots in water until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain them well and heat gently in a saucepan or skillet with the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
