Warm Pineapple Punch

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts Dole Pineapple Juice
  • 1 bottle red wine or 1 quart grape juice
  • 2 cups Dole Pitted Dates
  • 2 cups Dole Raisins
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven. Heat to simmer. Allow to sleep overnight for rich flavor. Simmer 15 minutes just before serving. (To double recipe, increase liquid ingredients only. Dried fruit and spice remain the same). Makes 4 quarts.
