Marinated Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients

  • 2 cups assorted imported olives
  • 2 pints cherry or teardrop tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in large serving bow toss. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. Serve.
