Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- cooking soray
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fillets and place skin side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush with hoisin mixture. Bake at 425 for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes. 7 WW points per fillet.
