Stir Fried Turkey and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 cups thickly sliced Napa cabbage
  • 3 cups thickly sliced bok choy
  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey meat
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saute pan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for 20-30 seconds. Add the cabbage and bok choy and stir fry until wilted. Add turkey meat and soy sauce and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
