Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingedients. Serve immediately with steak. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 4
