Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 - 1/2 C cream
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C Italian cheese mix
  • 1/2 C Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can artichokes, chopped
  • 1/2 C spinach, thawed and drained
  • Havarti cheese slices

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above ingredients, minus the Havarti cheese slices; place the Havarti cheese slices on top of the mixture in the dish and bake 20 minutes or until browned and boiling
