Ingredients
- 1-9 " double crust pie crust
- 3/4 - cup sugar
- 3 - TBS. corn starch
- 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
- 1 - TBS. lemon juice
- 2 - TBS. milk
- 1 - TBS. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple& juice, and lemon juice.Cook ,stirring constantly until thick, boil one minute.
Cool slightly ,pour into pie shell ,cover with top crust and seal. Vent, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 35 minutes
