Ingredients
- 4 large shallots, finely chopped
- 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (optional)
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the chopped vegetables into a bowl and set aside.
2. Add the hoisin sauce and oil to a small cold pan and heat until just bubbling. Stir and pour over the vegetables. Mix.
Transfer to serving dish(es),
Makes about 3/4 cup
