Chunky Tomato and Three Pepper Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Hunts Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (28 oz.) Hunts Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper*
  • 1 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper*
  • 1 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper*
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together in large bowl until well combined.

Cover, refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

*May use all yellow or orange bell peppers, if desired.
