Ingredients
- 11 oz. jar lemon curd
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust
- 4 kiwis
Preparation
Step 1
Using an electric mixer, whip lemon curd and cream cheese until doubled in size, 3 minutes. Spoon into pie crust; freeze 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel kiwis, halve lengthwise and thinly slice. Scatter over filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
