Crawfish Ettouffee

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages of Louisiana Crawfish (rinsed)
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Package Frozen Seasoning Mix
  • Minced garlic
  • 2 Cans Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • Bay Leaves
  • Chicken Broth (to desired thickness)
  • Kitchen Bouquet (for color desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse bags of crawfish. Saute crawfish in butter and frozen seasoning mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves,cayenne pepper. Cook for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hour on low.
