Ingredients

    Packages of Louisiana Crawfish (rinsed)

  • 1

    Stick Butter

  • 1

    Package Frozen Seasoning Mix

  • Minced garlic

  • 2

    Cans Golden Mushroom Soup

  • 1

    Can Cream of Celery Soup

  • Bay Leaves

  • Chicken Broth (to desired thickness)

  • Kitchen Bouquet (for color desired)

Directions

Rinse bags of crawfish. Saute crawfish in butter and frozen seasoning mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves,cayenne pepper. Cook for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hour on low.
