Ingredients
- 2 Large Bananas
- 10 Medium-Large Strawberries, Cored
- 1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Sugar Substitute (optional)
- 8 Small Dixie Cups
Preparation
Step 1
1.Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
2.Pour into cups and freeze until solid (around 2-3 hours).
