Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Pork
- 2 Cups French-Fried Onions, crushed
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Real Bacon Pieces
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 5 (5x3 inch) loaf pans with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, stir together sirloin, pork, onions, cheese, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, and next 6 ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared pans, packing down lightly. Bake for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, mustard, and remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and spread over meat loaves. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
