Ingredients
- 2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 ea. lemons (zested and juiced)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until incorporated.
strain into a plastic food service container
adjust seasonings
label, date, and refrigerate
