Ingredients
- 1 pound salt salmon shredded
- 4 pounds ripe tomatoes diced small
- 3/4 pound Maui onion finely diced
- 5 ounces scallions, whites and greens coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means "to massage" in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator.
This recipe yields 10 servings.
