Ingredients
- 3.5 3.5 3.5 c chicken broth
- 1.5 1.5 1.5 c yellow cornmeal
- 4 4 4 strips bacon, cooked
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c corn
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c pepper jack
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c scallions
- 2 2 2 T chipotle in adobo
- sour cream
- scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook cornmeal in hot broth 4-5 minutes. Add rest, then add to greased 8X8 pan. Let cool. Slice and top with sour cream and scallions.
