Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 6 oz small shallots diced
- 2/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallots in butter until carmalized
Add balsamic vinegar
Reduce
Add sugar, salt and pepper
Stir until correct consistancy
