- 2 CUPS WATER
- 1 CUP LEMON PEEL STRIPS
- 3 CUPS LEMON JUICE
- 1 LITRE CLUB SODA

Step 1
IN SAUCEPAN, COOK AND STIR WATER AND SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED. STIR IN LEMON STRIPS. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL. STIR IN LEMON JUICE, COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL COOL. WHEN READY TO SERVE, STIR IN CLUB SODA.
