Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 2/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Stir together all ingredients, blending well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
