Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 T. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3 T. chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8" baking dish with non-stick spray.
Mix apple pie filling and cinnamon; spread evenly into baking dish. In large bowl, cream Splenda and butter; add egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well to combine. Stir in Bisquick and baking powder. Spoon mixture evenly over pie filling. Sprinkle pecans evenly over top.
Bake 30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes; divide into 6 servings.
