Fettuccini, Shrimp & Lobster, Basil & Tomato

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup sun dried tomatos
  • 1/2 pound uncooked shrimp 26-30 count, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound Lobster uncooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted black olives
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons minced shallots
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 pound fresh cooked fettuccini
  • grated ramono cheese
  • chuncks of goat cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic & shallots in a large skillet in oil.
Season with salt and pepper - cook until shrimp turns pink - stir - 3 minutes
Place pasta in serving bowl, pour ingredients over pasta sprinkle with romano and add warm goat cheese
