Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. (250g) Philidelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 C. Orange Sorbet or Sherbet, softened
- 1 Can (300ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 C. Orange Juice
- 3 C. Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with foil. Spread sorbet onto bottom of prepared pan to form even layer. Freeze 10 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in lg. bowl with mixer till creamy. Gradually add condensed milk & orange juice, beating till blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Pour over sorbet in pan. Freeze 3 hrs. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil.
