Sausage Balls

There are several recipes out there. This one can be adjusted to your taste. Some people may not care to add the onions and celery.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick or other all purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups (16 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
- Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
