Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- one small can of mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of dejon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of butter
- cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry Shallots and sautee in hot oil. Do not shake the pan or roll over the scallops for at least 2 minutes. Turn over and brown the other side. remove from pan. Add drained mushrooms and garlic cook for 2 minutes and drain.
return scallops to [an and add mustard and butter. Stir and heat thru. serveat once.
