Dutch Apple Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh fruit or jam

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in oven-proof pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Let sit for 1 minute. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Top with fresh fruit or jam.
