Lemon Sugar

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons
  • 2 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Remove zest from lemons. Chop zest; transfer to food processor. Add 1 C sugar to the zest in food processor. Pulse until the zest has been finely ground, about 3 mins.

Transfer mixture to bowl and add remaining sugar, mix well.

Spread lemon sugar on baking pan, and let dry - about an hour. Store in airtight container.
