  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 1 14 oz. can low far sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. neufchatel cheese @ room temp
  • 2 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 7 Tbsp. lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, food processor, or electric mixer, combine all the filling ingredients and beat until smooth.

Pour the filling into the prepared shell and refrigerate at least 3 hrs. until set.
