Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar
- 12 whole peppercorns
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic "squashed"
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 2 lbs mushrooms washed
Preparation
Step 1
Slow boil 30 minutes
After boiling cool and store in fridge.
