Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread (Depending on size of turkey) - Add about 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 big onion
- 1 egg
- 3 stalks celery
- Liver
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- Poultry seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Tear up bread in small pieces and add about 1/4 cup of milk
Put margarine in frying pan and melt
Put onion, celery, liver in pan and saute about 5 min. - slow.
Mix in poultry seasoning (according to taste), salt and pepper
Add to bread and mix all together.
