PINEAPPLE SQUARES

  • BATTER:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 egg whole
  • Beat mixture until fluffy.
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained well) mix with 1 can Nestle Cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix and blend the flour, butter and salt. Use a dough blender. Spread on an 8 x 8 pan.

2. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degreese

3. Let cool.

4. Spread the batter mixture on base.

5. Put topping evenly and sprinkle with powdered corn flakes.
