Apricot Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz)cream cheese softened
• 2 tabsp apricot jam
• 1 teasp vanilla
• 1 tabsp sugar
• 15 apricots

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together with electric mixture,
Form into ball and refrigerate over night.
Roll in crushed pecans.
