Ingredients
- 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 3/4 c pineapple juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 c shredded sharp cheese
- 2 c cool whip (small container)
- 2 small cans crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice; chill until slightly thick. Fold in crushed pineapple(drained), shredded cheese and cool whip. Pour into bowl; chill until firm.
