Pasta - Manicotti - Pascento

Ingredients

  • Crepes
  • 6 eggs – whip first
  • 1 1/2 cup flour sifted
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup soft butter (melted)
  • Filling
  • 2 lbs ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Grated cheese
  • Parsley chopped pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Crepes

Thinly cover bottom of non-stick pan with crepe mixture and roll med to med-hi heat; flip for 1 second take out and put on paper towel. About 20 to 24 crepes.

Filling

Whip together spoon onto crepe - roll and put seam side down. Put some grated cheese on top. Put sauce in bottom of pan and then on top of the crepes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not cover.
